Marinated chicken slivers and julienne of mixed vegetable spring rolls served with a sweet chilli dip.

Crispy Duck with a sage and onion stuffing Serve with a orange jus, creamy mashed potatoes
and seasonal vegetables

Baked fillet of Cod (2,5,7)

topped with a dill and butter crust and served with a creamy prawn sauce, potato and seasonal vegetables

Served on a bed of creamy mash potato, mixed vegetables and topped with parsnip crisps. Accompanied by a rosemary jus

Succulent strips of chicken marinated in cajun spice cooked in a cream sauce and served with rice

Breaded Breast of Chicken smothered with Sautéed onions, mushrooms, white wine sauce and topped with melted cheese served with French fries.
