Marinated chicken slivers and julienne of mixed vegetable spring rolls served with a sweet chilli dip.

Served with with a Tiger Prawn sauce, creamy mashed potatoes
and seasonal vegetables

Breaded Breast Fillet of Chicken (2,4,6,7)

Smothered with sautée onions, mushrooms, white wine cream sauce and topped with melted cheese served with French fries

Braised Lamb Shank (2)

Served on a bed of creamy mash potato, mixed vegetables and topped with parsnip crisps. Accompanied by a rosemary jus

Cajun Chicken (2,6,7)

Succulent strips of chicken marinated in cajun spice cooked in a cream sauce and served with rice

Spinach and Ricotta Tortellini (2,4,6,7)

Served in a creamy white wine sauce, with fresh spinach and sun-dried tomatoes.
